Open Source Compliance

This document outlines the Company's policies regarding the use of open source software ("OSS") within its products and services.

Policy Statement

1. The Company has not embedded, used, linked or distributed any OSS in a manner that requires, or purports to require:
   • disclosure or distribution of Company-owned source code;
   • licensing of Company-owned software for the purpose of making derivative works;
   • restrictions on consideration charged for distributing Company-owned software;
   • grants of rights or immunities under Company-controlled intellectual property; or
   • any other material limitation, restriction or condition on the Company's rights with respect to its use or distribution of Company-controlled intellectual property, aside from customary attribution, warranty, liability disclaimer and notice delivery conditions.
2. The Company complies with all licenses for OSS that it embeds, links to, uses or distributes.
