📄️ Overview
The Safety & Compliance service utilizes Arvist's AI platform to send real-time notifications and make reports when safety hazards and other non-compliance events are detected. These safety hazards are determined by enabling and configuring modules within the Safety & Compliance category.
📄️ Dashboard
The Safety & Compliance dashboard is a comprehensive view of all safety-related metrics, data-aggregation, and most-recent incidents. Below is a detailed explanation of each component on the dashboard.
📄️ Incident Videos
The Incident Videos page provides a detailed view of recorded incidents captured by the system. It allows users to monitor and review incidents efficiently with several viewing options and functionalities. The categories available (e.g., Person Detection, Forklift Collisions, etc.) are based on the modules that are active in the system.
📄️ Incident Reports
This page allows users to generate incident report forms for incidents, specifically related to "Forklift Collision/Near Collision". Currently, the acceptable forms are OSHA's Form 301 related to workplace injury and illness, and near-miss incident reports.
📄️ Rate Detection
The rate detection feature allows users to provide direct feedback to Arvist about incidents made based on correct or incorrect detections. Rating detections also contributes to optimizing the Arvist AI model for your specific use cases, which in turn results in more correct detections and fewer incorrect ones as time goes on.
📄️ Video Retention
One note on video retention: Currently, retention for incident videos is set to 7 days. Any incidents that have occurred over 7 days ago will not have a video available. If an incident report has not been generated and more than 7 days have passed, incident report forms will not longer be available for automatic generation.
📄️ Arvist MQTT Integration Guide
This document explains how third-party integrators can subscribe to Arvist incident notifications over MQTT and then connect those events to an IoT device of their choosing (e.g., a siren, light, or actuator).
