Video Retention

One note on video retention: Currently, retention for incident videos is set to 7 days. Any incidents that have occurred over 7 days ago will not have a video available. If an incident report has not been generated and more than 7 days have passed, incident report forms will not longer be available for automatic generation.

Images are retained for 6 weeks.

Note: If cloud object storage is enabled, retention for all media is more flexible (default is 6 months).
