📄️ Quality Checks
Quality Checks are an optional but important part of the Shipment Inspection_ feature and provide immediate and valuable feedback about the quality of the products for the current shipment. Quality checks are organized by damage category, and within each category is a damage type.
📄️ Quality Stations
Quality Stations are dedicated inspection points configured throughout your facility to perform automated quality checks and product counting during the shipment inspection process. Each quality station is associated with specific cameras and zones, and can be customized based on the type of inspection workflow and equipment available at that location.
📄️ Label Modeling
Label Modeling is the process of teaching the Arvist system how to read and extract information from product and pallet case labels. By creating label models, you enable the system to automatically identify products, read SKUs, extract quantities, and process other critical information during shipment inspections.
📄️ Load Verification
Load Verification is an additional optional feature that can be enabled in the Quality Station configurations to ensure that the correct pallets are being loaded or received in the correct location. By identifying pallet label data and comparing with WMS data to determine the correct location assigned to that shipment, Load Verification helps to prevent misloads and ensure accurate inventory management.
