Load Verification

Load Verification is an additional optional feature that can be enabled in the Quality Station configurations to ensure that the correct pallets are being loaded or received in the correct location. By identifying pallet label data and comparing with WMS data to determine the correct location assigned to that shipment, Load Verification helps to prevent misloads and ensure accurate inventory management.

During the inspection process, if an incorrect load is detected, the system will alert the user and allow them to resolve the issue before proceeding.

IMPORTANT: Load Verification requires proper configuration of pallet labels and WMS data to function effectively.

  • Pallet label must be uploaded and modeled in the Label Modeling section.
  • Locations must be available, assigned to shipments, and synced in the Arvist database at the time of inspection.
  • Load Verification must be enabled in the Quality Station configurations.
