WMS Integration

Below is a list of features we support, along with the required fields needed from your system to enable integration.

Shipment Inspection​

To enable shipment inspection workflows, please make sure the following information is available in the WMS:

1. Shipment Dates​

  • Expected ship date or expected receipt date (depending on whether the shipment is outbound or inbound).

2. Parties Involved​

  • Supplier (for inbound shipments).
  • Customer (optional, for outbound shipments).

3. Identifiers​

  • Order number(s).

4. Line Item Details (for each shipment)​

  • Product name.
  • SKU.
  • Expected quantity.

5. Shipment Statuses​

  • Status value used when an inbound shipment is open (not yet received).
  • Status value used when an outbound shipment is open (not yet picked or sent).
  • Status value to save when a user completes a shipment inspection for outbound shipments.

Cycle Count​

For cycle count functionality, please provide the following fields:

  • Product name.
  • SKU.
  • Bin location.
  • Current quantity.
